交通部本周日已公告開放大型重機上國道，不過縣市政府現仍傾向反對，遊覽車及客運公
會今天也到交通部陳情，指機車騎士肉包鐵，一旦出意外非死及重傷，若開放重機上國道
，未來國道事故量勢必增加，安全堪憂；抗議代表今天並將陳情書遞交給交通部長毛治國
。
包括中華民國公共汽車客運商業同業公會全國聯合會、中華民國遊覽車客運商業同業公會
全國聯合會今天聯名反對大型重機行駛國道；抗議代表表示，開放重機上國道，萬一發生
事故，將連帶拉高保險費率，屆時客運成本與費率勢必喊漲。
兩個全聯會均表示，國道交通工具應以大眾運輸、民生運輸、商業用途與日常生活之用為
優先，指重機騎士「都是出來玩的」，且台灣守法觀念仍不及先進國家，國外作法不見得
適用。
